JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics and Recreation Supervisor the Swimming Lesson Instructor is responsible for conducting swim lessons, proper record keeping, and delivery of excellent customer service at all times to members of Fitness Plus and the general community.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma- preferred
Certification & Licensures:
-American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard Training-preferred.
- BLS Certification required within 45 days of employment- required
Experience:
- Three (3) months of experience teaching swim lessons or participating in an organized swim team- required
