Spherion Staffing has an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and management staff. This position also greets and directs guests and provides administrative support to the Bismarck office. Candidates need to have 5 years' experience supporting executive management staff.
Pay $23-28/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing amendments, distribute for signature and digitally file
-Maintain CEO's calendar to include arranging travel plans, flight and hotel reservations and registrations for conferences. May provide travel arrangements for other employees
-Process documents via DocuSign to obtain the CEO's electronic signature
-Complete Credit Card vouchers for the CEO and Director of Operations
-Submit expense reimbursements for the CEO
-Prepare and distribute Purchase Orders for Director of Operations
-Answer incoming calls and forwards to the CEO or handles questions and requests as appropriate
-Order supplies for the office
-Perform reception desk duties to include accepting packages and other deliveries and greeting and signing in visitors/guests
-Open incoming mail and forwards information as appropriate
-Create ID badges as needed
-Serve as Notary Public for the Bismarck office
-Arrange catering for meetings
-Assist departments with administrative functions as needed
-Perform all other related duties as assigned by CEO, Information Systems Manager, and/or the Director of Operations
