The Chief Operating Officer (COO) directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the President, the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Leads and directs the following functions and/or business units: operations, account management, client services, ecommerce, vendor management, and product development. Assists the President in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The COO will spearhead the following :
- Build and enhance the end to end operational processes and procedures
- Provide superior services to all the organizations that sign up for their fundraising needs
- Develop best in class customer service for all consumers and potential consumers on our platform
- Drive a plan to manage and enhance our ecommerce platform to maximize consumer experience and ultimately consumer spending, while coordinating with the marketing team
- Engage with new product suppliers to provide consumers with more product choices and provide our organizational partners higher percentages for their fundraising
- Help with the funding initiative
