The BDC/Internet Manager is an energetic professional who successfully leads the BDC department in delivering on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. They oversee the BDC department while also scheduling daily appointments when needed. The BDC/Internet Manager is responsible in developing, maintaining, and effectively scheduling a trained and productive staff capable of achieving client satisfaction goals and objectives, while acting as a liaison between the company and its customers to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
Employees in this position will be paid a base compensation of $20.00 per hour, with the expected average annual earnings inclusive of commissions and/or bonuses to be $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 based on individual performance.

Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Promoting and understanding of, and strong commitment to the Mossy Team.
- Lead the department in meeting and surpassing the monthly target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization.
- Follow-up with clients, scheduling daily appointments for the Service Department & the Sales Department.
- To guide, instruct and give directions to all the BDC team personnel and assist in organizing all activities of the department.
- To assist the BDC Representatives in various customer interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire experience.
- Leading, directing, and motivating staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals and objectives, resolving differences and sustaining a harmonious workplace environment.
- Continually monitoring practices for compliance with all policies, procedures and applicable legal requirements, responding promptly to noncompliance.
- Develops and implements process and procedures to improve CSI.
- Oversee cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.
- Establishes monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact for conflict resolution.
- Develops, track and reports key performance measurements for the unit.
- Attends managers' meetings as requested.

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
