Come join the Retail Enablement Delivery team We work collaboratively across all Oracle Retail lines of business to define, develop and support sustainable training materials related to the enablement of our system integration partners & resellers, customers and internal Oracle stakeholders. The enablement content is continuously updated and refined to provide timely education, competencies and skills needed for the Retail Applications. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities As a member of the Retail Enablement Delivery Team your responsibilities would include: + Establishing standards for enablement methodology, delivery and measurement reporting. + Partnering with RGIU Product Development, Product Management, Product Strategy and other cross LOB SMEs to identify new content to support new features and updates for Oracle Retail Applications. + Creating, supporting and delivering identified skill checks and assessments to re-enforce knowledge transfer. + Continuously and pro-actively gathering feedback from partners, customers and internal Oracle stakeholders to refine, expand and evolve enablement content. + Providing thought leadership on the evolution of enablement content and processes, including Cloud Adoption. + Provides expertise and influence in the development of new content and processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology, including Cloud Services. + Recommends and justifies major changes to existing content, enablement services, and processes. + Leading contributor individually and as a team member, by collaborating with others. + Ensures Oracle compliance standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/capabilities: + Deep instructional design, content development and delivery + Strong Program and/or Project Management track record + Retail domain experience; implementation, deployment and/or end-user + Proven team building, networking and communication skills + Previous experience in Cloud Adoption at a SaaS company + HTML/CSS Selector knowledge a plus + Capabilities in the use of all standard Microsoft applications, in addition to key productivity tools including Camtasia, Captivate, and publishing software. + Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. + BS/MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. + Six or more years of project management, education design or related experience needed. + Basic web development skills a plus. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
