Overview:

The Production Operator:

  • Performs production tasks in the factory on dedicated workstations
  • Pilots, cleans, maintains assembly and test robots
  • Assembles and inspects finished product to ensure defined quality level on time

In this respect the person in charge complies with Ethics and Compliance policies

Key Accountibilities:

  • Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse
  • Set up production equipment: robot, machine, workstation, test bench, inspection tool, warehouse equipment
  • Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment
  • Perform manufacturing / production / test tasks as planned by the MRP
  • Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing
  • Identify parts as required by the operating instruction
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
  • Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem
  • Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader
  • Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers
  • Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production
  • Complies with EHS rules

Experience:

  • More than 2 years' experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices preferred
