Responsibilities:

Automotive Service Technician:

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
• You must be coachable.
• Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor, if one is needed
  
• Enroll in an accelerated training program through American Honda (At no cost to you)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required
• Prefer 2 ASE Certifications but not required
• Completion of the Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows driving of customer and company cars
• Performance Honda Fairfield is a drug-free workplace
