Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our warehouse team in Mesquite, TX. The Document Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Maintain and organize all warehouse-related documents, including shipping and receiving records, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into electronic systems and spreadsheets to track inventory levels, shipments, and order processing.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all relevant documents and certifications are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on warehouse performance, document accuracy, and inventory status to management as needed.
- Record Retention: Implement document retention policies and procedures to ensure the safe and organized storage of records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with solar energy or warehouse operations is an asset.
