As a Maintenance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations by coordinating maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on operational aircraft.
- Monitor mechanical problems on the line, striving to minimize maintenance recovery time.
- Enter flight delay and cancellation data into the M&E system for operational reliability.
- Coordinate parts, manpower requirements, and travel arrangements for field repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with outstation maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments for equipment changes and maintenance planning.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Safety Management System protocols.
- Act as Maintenance Control Duty Manager in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Current Airframe and Powerplant Certification.
- Minimum of two years of CRJ or part 121 line maintenance experience.
- Good standing within the industry (STEP 1 violations considered).
- Proficiency in English language skills.
- Authorization to work in the US.
