Overview:
CoralTree Hospitality is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Outbound Mammoth. The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in managing staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to improve guest services and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing marketing and promotional initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Represent the General Manager in their absence, making decisions and managing operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant general manager, operations manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 + bonus
