Job Description
The Manager's duties include but are not
limited to:
-Greeting the customer on the phone and
at the counter
-Order entry using a company specific
Point of Sale system
-Maintaining a clean and orderly work
area
-Customer complaint resolution using
company trained strategies
-Production of product including
learning recipes and end bake preparations
-Overseeing the work of a team up to
twenty people per shift
-Ordering product and make sure product
is in date and safe
-Scheduling and maintaining adequate staff
for business
-Maintaining equipment
