Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc., a human services agency supporting people with disabilities is seeking a professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative/clerical support to the President/Chief Executive officer with a primary focus on managing special events, communications, and public relations initiatives.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform administrative support and clerical functions such as conference and meeting planning, screening of incoming and outgoing materials, preparing minutes, agendas, reports, presentations, managing calendars and schedules, etc.
  • Facilitate board meetings, planning, agendas, and communication.
  • Maintain information and filing systems, receive visitors, and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and mange special events.
  • Arrange for and/or prepare public relations materials, activities, etc. for a variety of uses and media approaches to benefit the organization.
  • Provide front desk coverage as required.
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by President/Chief Executive officer.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. These are great work hours with paid Holidays off starting day one of employment!!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years or more related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and experience working databases
  • Must possess excellent administrative, communication skills, planning, and organizational skills
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • PA Criminal History Clearance
