The Job

Madrivo is currently looking for an Account Executive to drive top line growth by maximizing the value of all leads, clicks and calls from Madrivo's Owned and Operated websites. The Account Executive will optimize the sites' yield to publishers by onboarding the best advertisers and lead buyers for each vertical, manage the relationships and negotiate favorable deals that will support a superior monetization ability of each site. The main effort will be driving new client acquisition, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

* Document current and projected metrics and market conditions; track sales campaigns to identify growth, challenges and risks.

* Communicate effectively with clients, acting as the point person for all client communication.

* Obtain data, provide campaign feedback, and identify growth strategies to maximize live accounts.

* Assist in identifying quality prospects, establish communication, negotiate and close new business.

* Gain a deep understanding of each supply partner's revenue model and platform implementation, including all relevant technical details, to monitor performance, recommend solutions, and optimize partnership revenue.

* Generate a book of business and bring new incremental growth; scaling into strategic accounts.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 3 years of strategic sales experience in online advertising-related, client-facing roles.

* Proven sales, growth and business development experience with owned and operated sites in the following verticals; insurance, home services, financial and mass tort.

* Track record building an aggressive Data Monetization Engine for lead gen sites (real time leads/ clicks/ calls as well as aged data monetization).

* Strong process orientation, with experience building and continuously improving business processes that deliver results.

* Experience building a strong ping tree with the most valuable lead buyers in each vertical, with a predetermined logic that maximizes the accepted leads and average revenue per lead.

* Ability and willingness to work autonomously as a hands-on, individual contributor, but with the requisite experience and maturity to coordinate efficiently with other team members.
