Factory IT Support Administrator
Responsible for setup and first line of support for Mfg. IThardware and software needs and also for driving continuous improvement to theoperations systems.The IT Support Administrator will provide sustainingsupport of factory computer and tablet-based workstations and software. Thisrole will partner with operations and IT to troubleshoot and drive resolutionof issues to support efficient manufacturing. This role will also coordinatewith factory management to coordinate hardware/software updates. This is adynamic role, often changing 'hats' daily to support various team needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain catalog of all factory hardware and softwareincluding specialty application software
- Support and troubleshooting of factory specific hardware andsoftware applications
- Will build familiarity with operator Manufacturing ExecutionSystem interactions to assist in continuous improvement in operator interactionwith workstations
- Responsible for partnering with IT on maintenance andreplacement of FAB PCs
- Responsible for install into the factory of printers,tablets and PC's after they have been imaged by IT
- First point of contact for fab related hardware and softwareissues and will partner with IT on resolution
- Works closely with fab supervision to coordinate activities
- Partners with manufacturing personnel to highlight gaps andinefficiencies in the manufacturing IT systems and drives improvements toaddress them
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates Degree in Computer Engineering, ComputerScience or related field. Anyone enrolled in a degree program in those filedwill also be considered.
- Must be comfortable working in a clean room environment andbe willing and able to wear a smock suit.
- Must be willing to skew work schedule as needed to supportFactory need.
- Expertise in Windows OS and infrastructure
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Good time management, multitasking, and networking skills
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to motivate teammembers.
- Some computer application programming experience.
- Experience in semiconductor-related operations is a plus
- Understanding of the semiconductor process flow, structureand functions is a plus.
- Customer service orientation and creative problem solvingskills

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $35.00
