Overview:

Handle customers throughout the entire service experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority.

Responsibilities:

  1. Remain at or above manufacturer CSI standard.
  1. Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management.
  1. Process all documentation to state and/or manufacturer standard.
  1. Complete all required training for Certification as prescribed by Management.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma
  1. 1-2 years experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
  1. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
  1. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
  1. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
  1. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
