Job Description

As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for cost control, inventory, customer service and daily operations during your shift.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Must be able to perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver Duties when needed
  • Receive and process in person and telephone orders accurately .
  • Must be able to greet Customers and take orders in a friendly and informative manner
  • Operate a cash register and collect payments from customers
  • Address customer concerns and/or issues
  • Operate all Equipment
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Prep and prepare products for customers
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Take inventory of food and complete associated paperwork
  • Manage 10 -15 employees during your shift
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Qualifications

Team Member Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to take a food safety course and obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Must be able to comply with uniform standards.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have experience leading a team, you will be managing a staff of - during your shift.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Full Open Availability

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills:

  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
