Are you ready to go beyond?What You Will DoInstall, maintain and repair machinery and equipment, physical structures, pipes and electrical systems in an aerospace case repair facility.Diagnose machine problems, notify appropriate leadership and troubleshoot problems with internal maintenance team or outside vendors.Coordinate the installation and/or movement of machines, equipment, and systems both internally and externally. This includes the layout, assembly and installation of pipe, electronics, and electrical systems.Diagnose and repair problems with pneumatics, mechanical or hydraulic components of equipment and/or systems.Replace or repair faulty elements of equipment/systems including motors, relays, and switches.Set-up sensing mechanisms and use a variety of tools to complete maintenance tasks.Maintain physical building structures including general fabrication of metal components and assemblies involving bending, forming, cutting, and welding components for work processes and spaces used in the repair facility.Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electronic and electrical units, plumbing and HVAC systems.Responsible for recognizing when a job requires the expertise of a certified, licensed tradesperson.Complete required paperwork and inspections for maintaining records and ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems through preventive maintenance tasks.Flexibility to work overtime and during times of critical need.1st shift schedule is M-F, 6:30AM to 3:00PM.Qualifications You Must HaveHS Diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of machine maintenance, installation and repair experience with diagnosing and troubleshootingU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We PreferSpecialized technical certifications, trainings, and licensesExperience with Chillers and HVAC systems and Furnace operationsMetal fabrication experience Calibration of CNC machinesPLC experience; familiarity with schematic and electrical diagrams, blueprints and/or illustrationsExperience conducting predictive maintenance routes (ultrasonic, infrared)Waste management, RCRAWhat We OfferMedical, dental, vision benefitsLife, short term disability, long term disability benefitsPaid time off including vacation, sick leave, holidays401-K with company matchOther innovative benefits including deals and discountsLearn More & Apply Now!In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
