**POSITION OVERVIEW:**

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative for our Low Voltage Channel. This position is responsible for working with all dormakaba Low wholesalers and subsequently related value-added resellers (Security Dealers, Security Installers, Small/Medium Security Integrators) and applicable Low Voltage Channel Buying Groups within their Region and partnering (as applicable) with other key regional sales team members; to maximize dormakaba presence, visibility and overall to drive sales in a cohesive manner.

**PRIMARY DUTIES :**

* Work with, partner, maintain/enhance Low Voltage Channel Wholesalers and their related dealers and VAR relationships with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share and meeting customer's needs.

* Identify project opportunities through Low Voltage Channel partners

* Participate in industry expos, table-top events, branch events, promotional activities, and other related activities.

* Continuous education to stay current with industry trends and standards

* Understand competitor landscape with market

* Build/deliver presentations & demonstrations to customers and prospects

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Bachelors Degree or prior sales experience (desired)

* 0 3 years of experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals which may be demonstrated through previous sales work, competitive internships, excelling in collegiate competitions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional skills in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

* Knowledge of commercial hardware & access control industry desired

* Ability to be customer focused with attention to detail

**POSITION:** **Community Outreach Coordinator**

**DEPARTMENT:** Corps Community Center & Family Services

**SUPERVISOR:** Stockton Corps Officers

**STATUS:** Non-Exempt / Hourly

**The Salvation Army Mission Statement:**

**BASIC PURPOSE**

Under the supervision of the Corps Officers, this position provides support to the Stockton Corps Community Center by coordinating, organizing, and implementing the community events, assisting with youth programs, providing transportation support, overseeing volunteers and assisting with Corps programs as needed.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Assists with daily programs for the community center.

- Assist Corps Officers with community events, fundraising events, and outreach events.

- Create, develop, organize, and implement special seasonal service projects, and community volunteer opportunities.

- Develop a volunteer base to support family community service programs and major events. Recruit and train volunteers to support the programs.

- Work as liaison with local community partners, volunteers in sharing our mission, goals, and program initiatives.

- Weekly advertise & promote Salvation Army programs and services to client base and the greater Stockton Community.

- Help facilitate rentals for small and large groups.

- Keep track of stats.

- Seek opportunities to link clients with Corps programs.

- Other related duties as assigned by Corps Officers.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES:**

- Assist with weekly church programs when needed (i.e. Outreach and Special Events.

- Bridge Family Service clients to church programs.

- Support aide for emergency disaster services through our offices.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**

- High school diploma or G.E.D.

- Associate degree in human services or similar field preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in social or public services environment assisting the public or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Strong customer service skills are required.

- An understanding and acceptance of The Salvation Army's Mission, philosophy, and practices.

- Able to work within The Salvation Army organization and carry out its policies and procedures.
