You will be working for a highly progressive and professional company who offer FM services to ensure that their clients' facilities are maintained to the highest possible standards. Their clients cover a wide range of sectors including retail, commercial and logistics to name a few. You will be part of a national provider who work with some of the UKs leading brands.
**Your role**
As the Senior Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for leading the health & safety function from the Head Office as well as the various client sites. You will be responsible for updating, monitoring and reviewing the health & safety policies for the company.
The role will also include associated management duties including:
* Carrying out and reviewing risk assessments across the client portfolio.
* Keep up to date with HSE and industry legislation.
* Attending QSHE meetings with the Directors of the organisation.
* Review of serious health & safety issues.
* Monitoring customer feedback trends.
* Maintain statutory & regulatory compliance.
* Management of a small team of H&S professionals.
**About you**
* NEBOSH Diploma equivalent or higher.
* Extensive experience of managing H&S within the facilities management sector -ideally for a maintenance or FM service provider. Experience within large retail organisations would also be considered.
* Lives within commuting distance of South West London/Surrey.
* Strategic & operational H&S management experience.
* Health & Safety management experience within a customer facing environment.
* Experience of updating, reviewing and monitoring health & safety policies.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Experience of Fire Safety would also be highly advantageous.

This role is commutable from South West London / Surrey.
