**What You Will Do**
The Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist delivers training of the General Contractors platform and assists the customer with submitting projects ensuring an understanding of the platform functionality and workflow. This technical savvy individual will also provide technical and functionality support ensuring that the value proposition of the platform is continuously recognized by the customer.
**Your Day to Day Essential Duties**
* Consult with customer champion to assess customer needs. Create a tailored training plan to introduce the customer to solutions provided by our website that meet those needs.
* Provide Technical Support and document all support cases in the Customer Relationship Management Software (Salesforce.com).
* o Identify technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
* Host customer training sessions in one on one settings as well as large group sessions. Facilitated virtually through online meeting software and conference call. Very rarely will these training sessions be face to face in the office of the customer.
* Track customer usage activity and provide appropriate follow up to ensure value propositions are being reinforced and customer is receiving good return on investment. Plotting actions to correct if needed.
* As new functionality and product updates are released for the product, contact and train customer.
* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that all setup work has been completed accurately.

**What You Bring to the Team**
* Bachelors Degree OR Associates degree with 2 years of training experience OR HS Diploma with 4 years of training experience OR six (6) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect General Contractor team OR twelve (12) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect role.
* Perpetually exhibits the ConstructConnect values.
* Intermediate technical troubleshooting skills
* Virtual training experience, preferred
* Construction industry experience is a preferred
* Provide superb customer service to each client
* Carries an innovative mindset on how to enhance each clients experience
* Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
* Good prioritization and time management skills.
**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day
* Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings
* Constantly operates a computer
* Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management
* Must be able to analyze detail close-up
