Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience-Demonstrated excellence in supporting the Microsoft O365 Collaboration Tools Email, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. and the ability to interact with colleagues throughout the LOBs to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues and to work with peers and partner teams when necessary to find solutions.
- Must be personable to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Always at the forefront of maintaining operation stability, recognizing rising issues and escalating to management
