Responsibilities Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear coding practices.
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and program.
Improve operations by conducting system analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
Qualifications 5 to 8 years of experience in the complete systems design and development where development in a controlled environment is a plus.
Relevant experience in .Net application development projects with web-based development (C#).
Experience with ASP.Net MVC 3 and above Framework.
Proficient in JQuery.
Experience with WCF.
Familiarity with Entity Framework.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and work independently.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience and Academic Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Must have authorization to work in the United States
