**Forklift Service Technician**
Nashville, Tennessee Minimum Experience **Experienced** Material Handling Inc. is a leading forklift service provider in the Southeast and we are looking to add to our Nashville, TN team. We are looking for an experienced Road Technician to service and repair our customer's forklifts and our company's rental equipment. Job Requirements include the following but other duties may be assigned:
* Perform service, diagnosis and repairs on gas, LPG, diesel and electric forklifts.
* Perform safety inspections on gas, LPG, diesel and electric forklifts.
* Communicate clearly and effectively.
* Properly complete all paperwork.
* Demonstrate a desire and ability to take care of the customer.
* Follow all safety procedures in performing work.
Required Skills
* High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate preferred.
* Forklift mechanical experience is a must.
* Mechanical aptitude is a must.
* Ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
* Supply own hand tools.
* Good communication and paperwork skills.
* Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.
