- POSITION SUMMARY
- To identify qualifications, requirements, and responsibilities of a COTA. The COTA provides occupational therapy service under the direction and supervision of the registered occupational therapist. These services include contribution to, and participation in the assessment, intervention and documentation process.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current ND OT Assistant license in good standing required.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
