support each other. As our Warehouse Industrial Engineering Analyst you will be charged with identifying,
prioritizing, and implementing system improvements that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
across our warehouse locations.

**WHAT YOULL BE DOING** (% of Time)
Determine warehouse level operational objectives needed to meet business targets. Drive efficiency and
effectiveness across warehouse operational teams by analyzing business functions, gathering data,
evaluating output, and tracking planned system improvements. (25%)
Collaborate with local operational teams and cross-functional Simpson teams to design processes, workflow charts, study system capabilities, evaluate potential design modifications and explore new technologies. Focus on warehouse layout optimization, system optimization to assist with warehouse flow, process improvement, and identification of emerging warehouse technology options such as AGVs. (25%)
Prioritize improvement areas and opportunities by evaluating gaps in operational efficiency metrics and determining expected project ROIs. Be the driver of a long-term strategic warehouse roadmap by connecting future technology options with business growth needs. (25%)
Educate and be a resource for warehouse teams across North America focusing on best practice identification and deployment methods. Establish optimal warehouse operations framework to support internal warehouse leaders. (25%)
**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is a plus
* Knowledge of Lean, project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
* Strong grammar and spelling, eye for detail, ability to create engaging and accurate content.
* Self-Management: Display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. Manage multiple projects and completing priorities.
* Teamwork: Build and sustain cooperative working relationships.
* Ability to work effectively both as team player and independent contributor.
* Problem Solving: Identify options for solving a problem and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
**TRAVEL REQUIRED**
This job requires up to 30% domestic travel.

This full-time, exempt position is located in Pleasanton, CA with remote work opportunities.
