As a member of the Vans Americas eCommerce organization, the Senior Manager Retention Marketing will lead a team responsible for consumer communication & marketing via our Email, SMS and App Push channels. Through these channels, the Senior Manager will focus on consumer retention & lifetime value, and drive the respective revenue targets.

How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Serve as a key digital leader, contributing to deliverying our Vans’ eCommerce commercial, consumer, and brand goals.
Lead the strategy & execution of our retention channels – Email, SMS, and App Push – in collaboration with our Vans Marketing organization and the broader eCommerce team; drive & deliver the respective revenue targets.
Partner with our Consumer Insights & Analytics organization to define consumer segments and targets.
Partner with our IT organization regarding the technology roadmap and required capabilities to evolve and grow the respective retention channels.

As a senior member of the eCommerce team, achieving our eCommerce commercial, consumer, and brand goals.
Delivering annual revenue targets for our retention channels.
Enabling long-term growth by building a roadmap for the respective retention channels, and delivering continuous enhancements.
Driving organizational efficiencies through clear communication, documented & instituted standard operating procedures, and a passion for operational excellence.
Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+ years
What we expect you already know:
Deep experience in retention marketing.
Familiarity with paid marketing.
Strong acumen of consumer & commercial KPIs.
Experience defining consumer segments; comfortable working in large sets of data.
Experience working with IT organizations and managing a demand backlog with product owners to deliver continuous program development.
Knowledge of tools such as: SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics.
Strong communicator and able to translate complex & technical components into a simple narrative/storyline.
Proven team leader and have a passion for people and winning together.
