Responsibilities:
Entry Level Express Technician:
- Capable of performing oil changes, light maintenance, tire services, and inspections
- Work under the direction and mentoring of senior techs and trainers
- Participate in progressive training programs
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Promote a safe work environment
- Maintain store equipment and tools
- Precisely communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor
- Address fellow teammates and customers with patience and respect
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational certificate beneficial
- 1 year of automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Valid Driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customer and company cars
