China Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA) Analyst (language enabled) Location: Suitland, MD Clearance: TS/SCI Job Description Mission Essential is seeking a r esearch , developmen t, and acquisition (RDA) analyst to focus on foreign Al/M L with military applications and implications . Attention shall be focused on foreign organizations a nd individuals who de velop, train, and validate Al/ML algorithms. Other tasks include: •Developing analytic products; •Discovery, collection, and network building to help identify open source websites; •Res earch and describe foreign organizations (parent and subordinate) conducting foreign A l /ML; research and development (R&D) ; •Research and identify ways to close intelligence gaps regarding foreign R&D efforts.REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications •Possess at minimum a bachel or 's degree .•Demonstrate t h e ability to read and understand scie n t ific a nd technical le xicon .•Maintain language proficiency scores that include at least a 2.0 in/on the l nteragency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale for reading Manda r in .•Possess clear written and oral communication s kills .•Demonstra te a minimum of one ye ar fam iliar ity with the following c omputer programs:o M ic rosoft E xcelo Microsoft Wordo Microsoft Outlooko Microsoft PowerPointo Graphics Processing Software (e .g.
