Our locally owned and operated, holiday lighting business is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. We specialize in custom-designed and installed holiday lights, for both residential and commercial properties. We also design and install lighting for weddings and other special occasions. What can be more fun than bringing joy to people during the holiday and for their special occasions that will live in their memories? No experience is needed for this management position, just a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and lead a team of amazing light installers.

Responsibilities:
This is not an office position only. This Operations Manager position will involve doing the physical tasks of our lighting crews as well as office work
Provide quality assurance to make sure all jobs are done well
Manage the crew each morning by making sure they have all the supplies needed for the day
Review the routes and jobs with all crews each morning
Be available throughout the day to assist crews
Check-in with the crews at the end of the day to make sure everything went smoothly
Resolve any concerns or issues that may arise
Perks and Benefits:
Base pay starts at $40,000/yr
With bonuses and commission, it is possible to earn between $50,000-$60,000 in your first year

Work Schedule: M-Saturday 10 to 12-hour shifts
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Must be able to lift, carry and climb ladders
Cannot be afraid of heights
Must live within 30 minutes of our office
