If you're looking to join an exciting, fast-paced team, then the Onboarding Specialist position is a great fit for you! Our Onboarding team helps streamline the process of getting started on Ezoic's platform by walking them through the set up and ensuring a great experience.
**About the role:**
* Working directly with the Sales Team during the sales process to onboard new publishers on the platform
* Walking publishers through the onboarding process
* Troubleshooting and solving issues related to onboarding and set up
* Educating publishers on Ezoic's technology and how it fits their needs & goals
* Fielding & answering any questions related to the setup from publishers using our internal ticketing system
* Working to constantly improve the efficiency of onboarding clients
* Contributing to Ezoic's ongoing development in various functions including product development, marketing, operations, support, partnerships and more
