Job Responsibilities: Manage Financial forecast for US region including presentations to management Advanced level understanding of service and spares P&L Weekly Forecast mtg - Update changes in revenue by quarter based on Service management inputs, documenting changes Monthly Forecast - Accurate forecast via Excel Forecasting Spreadsheet, upload to CRM, PPT presentation completed, reviewed with Manager Manage CKM (chamber Kit Management) operations within US region to include: Monitor/track CKM events by customer Accurate forecast of customer events (with inputs from service managers) Open/Close calls for CKM Complete CKM customer billing post events Create CKM Quotes Work with Marketing team to understand CKM business for each platform, cleaning suppliers, and the internal process for putting together CKM quotes for each customer Manage Spares pricing and customer inquiries regarding spares pricing Drive operational excellence for Spares parts and refurbish/cleaning operations Drive improvement on the basis of agreed KPI's and maintain regular reporting and review of performance Support account sales/ service management to promote with business growth Job Requirements: 5+ years relevant experience in a large international Semiconductor or IT company, with Supply Chain Management, Customer Service or Procurement/Sales background Experienced in managing Spares, Customer Fulfillment, and Logistics operations SAP and advanced skill level in Excel Structured and collaborative problem-solving skills leveraging analytics Knowledge of supply chain A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, people management skills, project management skills Bachelor's degree or higher (or 5+ years experience in Spares, marketing, analytics) Ability to influence decisions or processes impacting KPI performance At ASM we are committed to supporting our people, enabling them to develop their talents and perform at their best.
