$42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus
Responsibilities
•Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
•Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
•Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements
•Ensure customer record systems and sales databases are maintained
•Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies
