Weekend REQ: On call 2 weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per 6 weeks

Requirements:
IL License
Minimum 2 years' experience
Vascular and ophthalmology experience required
Vascular call experience
General OR experience
BLS
CNOR preferred
CVOR & Hybrid OR experience preferred
