  • Able to work as a team with others co-workers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Able to do food preparation, replenish food, buffet set up, greeting guests with high level.
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory of tools and products (food supplies, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.).
  • Deliver food and beverage at appropriate times. Ensure service to guests, exceeding expectations.
  • Keep buffet clean and re-stock during the breakfast and dinner hours.
  • work as a team to ensure food is provided on time, especially during high volume periods.
  • If a concern or problem is voiced, ensure the guests are completely satisfied and tell the manager so he/she can ensure guest satisfaction as well.
  • Complete side work (i.e., making sure everything is stocked for the next shift) like food and supplies as assigned and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and mop as well the lodge for the next shift.
  • Maintains a clean, well-groomed persona.
  • Be in proper uniform, name badge, and follow appearance guidelines.
  • Follow proper key control procedures for issued keys.
  • Follow emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions, and safest work habits..
  • Be knowledgeable about your Property’s layout, facilities and services so that you can answer questions from Guests
  • Know emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions and safest work habits
  • Able to work a varied schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights as the business dictates
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Excellent eye contact; Eye for detail-- must ensure all plates are correct and well presented; must ensure that all rooms are set to standard prior to event
  • Good verbal communication, able to interact well with guests, other employees, and kitchen team
  • Is over the age of 18 to serve alcohol
  • Passionate about service and guest satisfaction
  • Energetic, articulate, polished
  • At least 1-year experience in food and beverage
  • Able to walk and stand for five (5) hours at a time, and 10 hours during a shift
  • Continually reaches, bends, lifts, carries, stoops and wipes during the entire shift
  • Able to lift 65 pounds
