Job Description

The Systems Salesperson will be responsible for designing and selling fire, security, CCTV and access control protection system.


  • Design systems.
  • Meet with electrical contractors to sell new products to
  • Perform lunch and learns for Architects and Engineers to specific our products.
  • Compile and prepare plan submittals and material submittals for review by architects, engineers, clients, and authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Review project updates for change orders.
  • Perform field surveys for initial drawing layout as well as follow-up for accuracy and coordination.
  • Participate in internal and external coordination and progress meetings.
  • Participate in Lunch & Learn presentations and networking groups
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills.
  • Thorough understanding of general construction methods, practices, and terminology.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, with demonstrated ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects.
  • High level of self-discipline, motivation and ability to operate in a team environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of local and national fire and building codes & government regulations


  • Five (5) years of experience in systems design with demonstrated competency in project management
  • NICET certification preferred. If not NICET certified, must become NICET Certified.
  • Knowledge of and understanding within floor programs
