Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Level Outside Sales Representative for a world-class quality control manufacturing company, a Leader in providing electronics manufacturing services including contract design, material procurement, documentation, assembly, and testing in Wixom MI.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify and research potential customers within the PCB manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our PCB products and services to potential customers.
  • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing, and production departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or PCB manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
