<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><br><br> <strong>Job Description:</strong> <br><br>Provide positive and helpful presence assisting clients. Code invoices and maintain tenant contact lists. Oversee contracting work performed at property.<br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br> <strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong> <br><br><ul> <li>Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc.. </li> <li>Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing. </li> <li>Coordinate contracts for various vendors. Ensure that adequate services are available for employees. </li> <li>Maintain service agreements and required certificates. </li> <li>Assist in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review. </li> <li>Assist client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment. </li> </ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br> <b>Skills, Education and Experience:</b> <br><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. </li> <li>Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience. </li> <li>PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect. </li> <li>Must be organized and have ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time. </li> </ul><br><ul> <li>Must have ability meet difficult deadlines. </li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills. </li> <li>May perform other duties as assigned. </li> </ul><br><b>Benefits and Perks:</b> <br><br><ul> <li>Industry leading Parental Leave Policy (up to 16 weeks) </li> <li>Generous healthcare </li> <li>Bright Horizons back-up care program </li> <li>Generous paid time off </li> <li>Education reimbursement </li> <li>Referral Program </li> <li>Opportunities to network and connect </li> </ul><br>Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Newmark Knight Frank and the job location. <br><br><b>Working Conditions:</b>Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.<br><br><b>Salary: $50000 - $55000 annually</b><br> <br>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $55000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
