Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to provide new and existing clients with outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Service existing clients.
  • Collect 25 cards from cold calls out in the field.
  • Make calls in-house, from which 2 appointments must be generated daily.
  • Log all new leads.
  • Generate (1) new order weekly after 30 day.
  • Communicate orders to management.
  • Understand clients' needs.
  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
  • 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success.
  • Must be able to work independently.
