We offer a wide range of products including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, our famous rust-fighting formula that started it all.<br><br><strong>POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY</strong><br><br>Collaborates with all stakeholders to design and finalize content for traditional and digital projects including packaging, POP/POS, literature and other corporate, sales and marketing materials.<br> <br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Collaborate and take direction from the Graphic Design Manager to effectively design original brand-consistent solutions for use in traditional and digital marketing. </li> <li>Interpret written and verbal direction from all stakeholders to revise existing graphic design artwork using best practices.</li> <li>Prepare files to meet publishing requirements for printing and social media channels.</li> <li>Support printing, mounting and trimming functions for all corporate, marketing and sales events.</li> <li>Maintain project files and assets as defined in the creative services guidelines.</li> </ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br> <li><strong>Education and Experience required:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts degree - Graphic Design</li> <li>3-6 years of experience using design techniques, tools, and principles to implement creative solutions for various corporate, marketing and sales materials.</li> <li>3 years of experience preparing artwork for traditional and digital publications.</li> </ul> <strong>2. Required job knowledge and skills:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Expert level experience using Adobe Creative Cloud for InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment.</li> <li>Knowledge and implementation of best practices to produce consumer packaging, merchandising displays, digital content and corporate communication materials.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to details.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.</li> <li>Ability to work overtime.</li> <li>Familiar with project management tools and time tracking.</li> <li>Exhibit understanding of the creative process and documentation and information sharing needs and protocols. </li> <li>Must be an active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver.</li> <li>Strong communication skills through written and oral dialog. </li> <li>Possess customer service skills with a great attitude and a smile.</li> <li>Experience with wide format printing a plus.</li> </ul><strong> 3.
