Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will actively manage and oversee all existing client accounts and sales by building relationships and paying close attention to client needs and requests. You’ll be responsible for responding to client inquiries and assisting other internal teams on special projects to ensure that all client requests are handled efficiently and provide top-tier customer service and client satisfaction. 

Objective

As the account manager, you’ll provide the link between our clients and internal departments to ensure that client needs are met and fulfilled with the highest level of client satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the Operations Director, working closely with our Sales Team and Project Coordinator. 

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts and increase sales and profit 

  • Build and maintain existing client relationships

  • Manage and respond to client communications

  • Manage client inquiries and requests

  • Create and present client quotes and proposals

  • Respond to and write up incoming client sales/ order requests

  • Expand sales with existing clients, including increasing gross profit margin goals

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are being fulfilled.

  • Communicate with internal departments within CRM software

  • Assist Project Coordinator with any in-house kit projects

  • Prepare, package, and ship inventory orders

  • Assist with Client Complaint resolutions

  • Assist with light office tasks as needed

Preferred Skills

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology

  • Print and Promotional Product Industry Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience with an agency background is desirable, not required

 Details

  • 40hrs/ week

  • In-person, office work environment

  • Flexible Schedule timing within the standard M-F workweek
