Join our team of veterinary professionals as we assist pet parents in selecting the correct packages and products to keep their pets happy and healthy! We provide excellent training and mentorship!The Ideal Candidate:
Talk Desk experience, multi-tasker, customer service.
Willing to help pet parents find locations and guide them in package selections.
Excellent listening skills and problem solving skills.
Understand and are passionate about making sure EVERY pet is offered the VERY BEST care! Incredible customer service with a smile! Able to handle multiple chats and phone calls.
Open to working most weekends.
Excellent opportunities for advancement.
Must love DOGS & CATS and understand the importance of nicely convincing their Pet Parents to properly care for their furbabies!
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls and/or chats provide excellent customer service to pet owners, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Pet Service Assistance:
Assist customers with a wide range of pet-related services, including scheduling appointments with veterinarians.
Product and Service Information:
Provide accurate information about our company's products, services, and pet care recommendations, helping customers make informed decisions.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes effectively and efficiently, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders for medication, and other pet-related vaccines, ensuring accurate entry of information into the system.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge Development:
Stay up to date with the latest pet care trends, products, and services, and continuously expand your knowledge to provide exceptional support to pet owners.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, billing, and marketing, to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
Upselling and Promotions:
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, as well as promote special offers or promotions to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
Feedback and Improvement:
Provide feedback on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for process improvements, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our pet services.
