StretchLab ( ) is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We are looking for a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand! 

Assisted stretching has gained national attention as a new modality within health and wellness that The New York Times refers to as “the next dominator in the fitness industry”. StretchLab will lead the movement by providing a simple, energized, communal vibe with our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and small group stretch sessions. Are you in? 


The Member Sales Associate (MSA) is a front-line position and a core member of our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to build our membership base by encouraging leads to come to the studio, booking them into an Intro stretch and signing on new members. The MSA alsodevelops relationships with existing members supporting them on their journey to “Live Long”! Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

 • Preferred: previous experience in a membership-based business, such as spa, boutique fitness or golf/tennis clubs 

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required 

• Must have a passion for people and wellness with an outgoing, friendly and engaging personality 

• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, phone and email 

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for assisted stretching and retail products 

• Ability to learn and use ClubReady studio-based software for membership processing, tracking and reporting and retail sales 

• Must have proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel 

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision 

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours throughout the workday 

• Ability to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Occasional local travel to special events may be required 


• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a warm and welcome environment 

• Check-in members and guests and schedule future appointments 

• Engage each person that enters the studio to assess their individual stretching needs and goals; sharing this information with the Flexologist™ 

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, close, and retention including: 

• Book and confirm Intro sessions 

• Present available membership options to current or prospective Members 

• Follow-up with leads and assist with Member retention for missed sessions 

• Maintain acceptable level of personal membership sales production 

• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio

• Maintain strong, positive and energetic social media presence in support of StretchLab 

• Assist in day to day operations, cleaning and maintenance, including COVID-19 safety and sanitation procedures, and opening/closing procedures 

• Other duties as assigned
