Job Description

Position Summary: The Gateless Services Account Manager is an integral position in the management services division of Amano McGann. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of parking operations and parking technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be process oriented.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Direct Reports: None

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premier customer service to our clients
  • Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
  • Maximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and other measures
  • Ability to assess rates and review data with clients to maximize the revenue of their assets.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as monthly review process with clients.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
  • Ability to build and manage processes.
  • Creating and processing sales orders in a timely manner
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Perform data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
  • Work closely with sales management on scheduling client conferences and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Parking Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
  • Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
