Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Database Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for maintenance, minimal configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems. This role requires active resolution of problems and issues in order to limit adverse exposure to our clientele. The Database Coordinator is responsible for coordinating back-end technical support duties to ensure the smooth execution of our organization's programs. This role is responsible for identifying any problems in the system, anticipating potential issues and repairing systems and software when necessary.

Essential Functions

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to plan and schedule activities associated with the processing of customer data with minimal direction for multiple clients simultaneously. Monitor data file exchanges for accuracy, technical requirements, file transmission protocol, and decipher/correct file errors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical staff - both internal and external to the organization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company operations to support requests effectively.
  • Develop and document process improvement initiatives to minimize data errors and increase efficiency
  • Design, develop and test interfaces and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Monitor the system, set up automated alerts, and performance notifications to proactively address problems.
  • Train end users in access, security, use and customization of programs and software.
  • Troubleshoot, upgrade, monitor, and diagnose applications and system problems to enable ongoing business
  • Respond to problems in workflow or unmet business needs with strategies and potential solutions.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs established for your role (customer satisfaction, productivity, interaction quality, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Two or more years experience with the following programs or their equivalents: Google Sheets, Post Affiliate Pro, Hubspot, Samcart
