Founded in 2008, we assist families and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals. We use applied behavior analysis (ABA) to guide and facilitate learning and behavioral interventions for our clients.

Our goal is to enhance their daily lives by systematically and effectively helping them learn and apply new socially appropriate skills.

Our philosophy is that each family is unique, and as a result, we work to tailor our support and advocacy towards each individual and family. We believe that everyone can learn if taught appropriately and are committed to the success of each client.

Our focus has always been on the quality of the services we provide. Thus, we have worked diligently to create an infrastructure that supports our therapists before and during their assignments out in the field.

Our transparent, fun, and energetic work environment is something all of our employees enjoy. We strive to provide our team with a great work-life balance and do our best to accommodate each employee's unique circumstance.

As a BCBA, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times. With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.

You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children. To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them.

You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their lives!

  • Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
  • Possess BCBA certification
  • Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you highly organized? Do you work well independently?

If so, you might just be perfect for this special education and ABA position!

This full-time special education position typically works a flexible schedule that is based on the analyst's availability in conjunction with the clients' availability.
