Position Summary

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for increasing and maintaining Entech’s strategic value to our clients by collaborating, consulting and performing the role of a strategic consultant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Client Retention
  • Develop an understanding of assigned partners' business and technology needs.
  • Work with Product Managers to develop strategies and solutions to meet the partner’s needs.
  • Build relationships through partner engagement activities.
  • Create and deliver annual client IT Roadmaps and Budgets.
  • Advocate for the partner when communicating service and billing needs internally.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell services and solutions to existing accounts.
  • Manage partner requests through ConnectWise tickets and activities.
  • Manage sales pipeline by keeping opportunities updated.
  • Ensure timely response and correct expectations are set and met.
  • Drive partner attendance to thought leadership, live stream and lunch and learn events.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and products catalog.
  • Adheres to Entech's HIPAA and information security policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Technical Skills

  • Ability to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills and in planning and preparing written communications.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Must be well-spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-orientated, dependable, and flexible.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform basic math computations.
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years in direct selling experience preferred.
  • Established background in Business IT software/Hardware Systems is preferred.
