At Klik Solutions, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our sales team. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Solutions Advisor to work closely with them. The Solutions Advisor is part of our inside sales team and is responsible for selling our Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Cloud platforms. You will network, prospect, and sell high and wide within the accounts that you develop. You will have direct interaction with executive management and technical presales to support you in closing those opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies
  • Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads/appointments through phone and email-based prospecting
  • Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services
  • Perform lead nurturing activities for all qualified leads
  • Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists
  • Document all activities and interactions in CRM
  • Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results
  • Create and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing activities to build a sales pipeline.
  • Support our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed or requested.
  • Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Have a demonstrated track record of successful selling, preferably in a high-technology environment
  • Strong qualifying, prospecting, and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, set and go on appointments, and handle objections positively and professionally
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack
  • Maintain CRM data, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes, and provide clear and consistent reporting to management
  • Proactively manage your schedule and sales pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Powerful written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Employ creative tactics to reach the executive management of identified companies
  • College degree or equivalent, at least three years of sales experience
