At Unitas, we work with Dental practices across the USA to help increase the amount of reimbursements they get from PPO insurance companies. Our service is in high demand and we're growing and promoting fast!

We are seeking detail-oriented Support members to join our team. Some office or administrative experience highly preferred! The ideal candidate should have a good customer service attitude, feel comfortable with problem-solving, have strong communication abilities and be hungry to do their BEST.

Hours 

Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Approximately 8 AM - 5 PM (Mountain Standard Time, USA). 

Overview

We are seeking full-time, self-motivated team members to be part of our growing company and who are willing/able to work 40 hours/week, approximately 8-5PM MST. Our main office is based in the state of Arizona, USA, and we also have employees in several other states who work successfully at home. We need hard-working individuals to help our company grow. Our company, Unitas helps dental practices virtually manage the insurance aspects of their business.  Our clients are all over the country, and the Assistant works directly with their assigned Account Manager(s) to complete a variety of daily tasks. Our Credentialing Specialist handles tasks related to form completion and documentation of details. We need dependable workers who enjoy the rewards of a administrative service role who are comfortable working at a computer all day.  

Remote Work

You will need a quiet and distraction-free workspace and a strong and reliable internet connection. Remote to us means that while your office is at home, when clocked in, employees are also not working other jobs and are also not exclusively responsible for any other duties in their home during scheduled work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Making outgoing phone calls and sending emails to collect needed information and properly documenting following workflows.
  • Providing professional and courteous responses and requests to Dentists and dental office managers (our clients) and nationwide insurance representatives.
  • Work your way through daily tasks assigned to you and communicate with team members via email and phone calls to prioritize what needs to be done for each day. 
  • Onboard or Intake new client info, create reports in Google Sheets, verify accuracy of information, and complete a variety of office related tasks daily.

Qualifications

*Some office/computer work experience is REQUIRED. Ideal candidates are comfortable with MS office or Google Drive/Suite and/or have good computer experience. Must also be willing to learn how to navigate and learn company software. Candidates should have effective organization skills, be able to learn/absorb new information and refer back to resource materials when needed. Successful Assistants show initiative and promptness along with high accuracy in completing their work.

Training

Thorough paid training and support will be provided through online courses, on-camera screens-share training, and peer assistance. 

Compensation/Benefits

Starting Pay Rate $15/hr, plus company-paid insurance benefits valuing approx $5,000.
