Responsibilities:

  • General Office Duties – Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping – Processing invoices, maintaining files, and managing records
  • Customer Interaction – Handling inquiries, collecting payments, and assisting with orders
  • Errands & Supply Management – Ordering supplies and picking up parts using a company vehicle
  • Basic Accounting Tasks – Preparing work orders, processing payments, and customer collections
  • Office Equipment Operation – Using QuickBooks (preferred), Microsoft Office, fax machines, and payment terminals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous secretarial or office experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license & dependable transportation
  • Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings
  • Basic computer literacy required (QuickBooks experience is a plus!)
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to separate personal life from work and limit cell phone use at work
