Reports To: Senior IT Manager
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibilities include phone support of a multi-site, physical and virtual desktop environment primarily based on Microsoft technologies.
- Serve as first tier support for Help Desk questions.
- Receive and respond to Help Desk calls in a timely manner via the approved Help Desk system.
- Assist in the support of the Microsoft Windows Environment
- Assist in the support of the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications and other legal specific applications
- Troubleshoot individual software applications as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong phone customer services skills with a high degree of patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system concepts and principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 1 or more years of related experience supporting a Microsoft driven environment is desired but not required.
